-Regular Service (B1) - Brakes needed attention - car detailing I left my vehicle for service while I was away. Everything I asked to be looked at was and done to my satisfaction! Thanks again for all. Service was outstanding! And worth coming from Oakville.

Love my little Honda Fit and it's amazing mileage yet plenty of room.. If you are looking for a new car go to Brantford Honda and ask for john Mouselimis. He's a great salesman and a great guy.....he won't steer you wrong...and you will drive away happy, as I did....

I had a concern about a metallic rattle and possible starting issue. The problem was quickly located and fixed. I was not made to feel stupid for my concern, and was treated very respectfully. Thank you.

Randy made my experience of buying a used car enjoyable. He was very open and ready to explain all the details. All my questions were answered promptly, with knowledge and in a way that was easy to understand. I found a car online and had friends who were able to complete a test drive on my behalf. Danielle was willing to help however she could to support me to come see the car even providing her cell number to call on her day off! On arrival at the facility I appreciated that Danielle was straightforward about her need to verify information due to her inexperience to date, and found her to be very friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated being offered the option of completing a solo test drive, but as I had test driven this model and year of vehicle previously it was not a major issue. I was struck by the inefficient layout of the dealership that required associates to run back and forth between buildings on numerous occasions....hopefully the new development will reorganize this layout!!! Nicki was equally as friendly and was very knowledgeable regarding the various warranty packages and additional options. I was glad that neither she or Danielle insisted on promoting services/technology that I had no interest in aside from briefly mentioning them to make sure I was aware. Overall it was a very positive experience and I look forward to picking up my car next week!

Service was friendly and caring, but you charge way too much for labour! This is why people go to their friends or father's to fix car issues, if labour was more affordable ($60/hr is more reasonable than $100/hr) then I would go more to get things fixed even if I think my dad could do the job, I would still prefer a professional to even fix simple things on my car. Many parts on the car require parts to be removed in order to get to the damaged part and that takes much of the time. If you charged less labour, more people would come for even simple services.
