Friendly and listened to my needs

Brian explained the features of the car well. He listen to what I was looking for a new vehicle in order to make sure I got the best match. Brian was friendly and he worked on our tight timetable.

Eric Curston and I hit it off and enjoyed a smooth and respectful sales relationship. Eric is a patient and thoughtful sales associate. Ontario Motor Sales met my price without much haggling on a certified pre-owned SUV. Everything was ready, cleaning, detailing, plates, and paperwork when I came from 100 kilometres away to pick it up. I am enjoying my new to me vehicle. Well done!

What more can I say about a rep that treats you like a member of the family. Always has a smile and will take the time to assist you in your new purchase. After my purchase of my first new car with him, no wonder I came back for two more over the next 15 months. I would deal with him again in the future here at OMS. Don't let him get away..

The salesperson was genuinely friendly, and researched the facts to answer our "what if" questions. The experience was paced to fit our situation, and the vehicles in stock fit our requirements exactly. No upselling was attempted. As a result, we purchased two vehicles.

Exceptional Customer Service

My husband and I visited OMS on a Friday morning around 11 or 12. Seconds after we entered your showroom, Scott (Stewart) greeted us. He didn't pressure us in any way, just let us know that he was there to help. We said we were looking for a new vehicle to purchase or possibly to lease. He asked some great questions to help us narrow down what we wanted, then took us across the street to see what was available. We have 4 children and have always needed a large vehicle to seat everyone. My husband drives a truck with a crew cab so all 6 of us can travel in either vehicle. Two of our children started University last fall and we just didn't need to keep two large vehicles. My van was a 2007 Uplander and I was so sick of driving a van,that I thought I wanted to buy a Spark! They are so cute and small. Scott showed us the Spark (hated it as soon as I sat in it!), Sonic, Cruze and Trax. We test drove the Trax first. Scott had the Sonic ready for us when we got back. We were able to jump out of one vehicle into the next without waiting at all! It was great! After I drove all of them, I wanted to drive the Trax again. I didn't like it the first time I drove it but only because I wanted something smaller. It turns out, I didn't like anything small...who knew! Scott was so patient, never complained and was extremely knowledgeable! He helped us pick the right package for us (2LT plus heated seats!). He didn't try to sell us the LTZ because he knew it wouldn't fly but did up-sell the heated seats because he could see how much I liked them :) He worked out both finance and lease options, got the most he could for our trade in and confidently closed the sale! I was very impressed! I have to add, we were at Roy Nichols the day before and will never go back! We ended up leasing because I can see myself working with Scott again in a few years on my next vehicle! Thanks again from a very happy customer!
