I was asked if I would surrender my leased SRX about 10 months early as there was a customer interested in taking it over. There was quite a bit of back and forth, a commitment to find me a comparable vehicle and at a similar lease rate. I live in Brockville so in order to make the exchange of vehicles less of a pain for me, Gary drove to Kingston on two occasions, once to provide me with an interim vehicle and once to exchange the interim for my new SRX. My husband and I felt that he worked very hard for the deal. I have know Gary for a good number of years and purchased or leased several vehicles from him and he is always a pleasure to deal with.

Working with Mike @ Ontario Motor Sales was either a stroke of genius or a stroke of luck - either way I couldn't be happier. Mike really listened to what was important to me and helped me make a great purchase. But the service didn't end there - Mike sent me updates on the progress of my new vehicle, was patient and helpful when going over all the features upon delivery, and even stayed in touch weeks AFTER to see if I had any questions and to make sure my new Cadillac SRX was everything I had hoped. I am in sales and quite resistant to working with other "salesmen" but I would (and have) recommend Mike and the staff at Ontario Motor Sales to all my clients, friends and family.
