Mark explained the benefit of leasing and not only do I have a 3 year newer car, it costs me less on a monthly basis than the one I had. It's a win win situation.

Dana Golden was great in helping us choose and buy our new car. He did not pressure us, but gave us all the information we asked for, and helped us choose what was best for us. We are thrilled with our new Chevy Equinox!

Excellent service, best representative in unit. Because of his knowledge and professional attitude he advised me that i had an extended warranty and all that would be required is a small deductable. He also was able to provide me with the information i asked for about the part i needed an estimate the cost. His service was made up for the very poor service i received from another representative when i went in the day before. I asked the same questions and was told i couldn'T get an estimate until the car was checked. I was not advised about the warranty and because of the poor service went somewhere else to get an estimate. I will only deal with John in the future.

Greg was friendly and easy to deal with overall, and I quite love the car I purchased, however, I didn't feel like I was given the best personalized customer service experience overall. While my concerns may all seem like small things to some people, I was left feeling a little neglected: Greg was able to answer most of my questions satisfactorily, however, some specific questions I had about the vehicle weren't answered (I was told not to worry about them); I found the answers on my own when reading the car manual. I wasn't told that I would receive 3 months of free Satellite radio, and I only found out via a general welcome letter from the company 2 weeks later. I was told I would receive a follow up call a week after my purchase to see how things were going, but it never came. While my experience was far from terrible, I don't feel like it was the best possible one either.
