Upon arrival I was greeted promptly. I had an appointment to have my snow tires removed. The service advisor also checked on the computer to see if my car required any other services which it did not. I was driven home by a very nice and polite gentleman. Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from the service advisor. He told me that something was rusted and needed to be scrapped off and the reason for this. I agreed to this extra service. He was very polite when explaining it to me. I received another call later and this time my car was ready and they were sending someone to pick me up. On arrival at OMS, I went to the desk to pay and was greeted once again promptly and cheerfully. A few minutes later my car arrived at the door looking nice and clean. An easy and pleasant experience!
