My vehicle required regular maintenance and needed a problem with the signal switch diagnosed. I was provided with a timely ride home and back by Bob (who is awesome). My vehicle was ready on time and it was clean. The problem with the signal switch was diagnosed and an appointment was secured to have it installed. I can always count on the team at Brantford Honda to treat me with respect and take care of my vehicle as required.

Professional and prompt service

Took my CRV in for an oil change and had the winter tires put on. I waited for my vehicle. There are plenty of magazines and a tv to help pass the time. My vehicle was ready at the time promised and all services were fully explained when I paid the bill.

It was a great experience. It's a great team in Brantford. As always Ben was polite, prompt and explained the service specials and my service check. Ben has always made me feel confident when I leave my car for service.

Service people very polite and get things done quickly. Only wish price you ask on phone is same as when u pay after work done. The main reception always seems like you are bothering them when asking questions. I don't bother with them anymore and just ask service staff instead.
