My issue was dealt with professionally and urgently as it involved a broken window in the middle of winter.

The window regulator in the right rear door of my 2009 Malibu broke with the window down at -30 degrees. This happened on a Friday morning and I had covered the window with plastic. I arrived without an appointment at 1:30 pm, was met immediately by a service representative and the Service Manager was able to free up a technician to diagnose the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately, the replacement part was not available locally but two days later I was mobile once more.
