Ontario Motor Sales staff made the vehicle buying experience enjoyable

Thanks to Ornella, Scott and Dana for the wonderful service, advice and support. Looking for a new/used 2014 vehicle is always fun, stressful and sometimes complicated. I never buy new, however I do like to buy a demo or company corporate vehicles. I currently live in Toronto and was looking around at several vehicles. I had my eye on couple different makes and didn't exactly enjoy some of the experience's with the local dealers. So while I was debating on the vehicle and price, I still wanted to bump up the warranty and figured I should call around. So I started calling different dealers and asking for warranty quotes on the vehicle I was leaning towards and ended up talking to a staff member at Ontario Motor Sales in Oshawa. I told Ornella (Finance Manager) my story and dealings in Toronto and she quickly put me in touch with Scott (Sales Manager Used Cars). Next thing I knew I was working on a deal with Scott who found me a great vehicle. A few days later I was put in touch with Dana (Sales & Leasing) who finalized the paperwork with Scott and Ornella for me and my new set of wheels. I came out to Oshawa one early morning with my son where Dana was meeting us at the train station. He drove us to the dealership and we got to go over the paperwork and pick up the new Premium SRX Cadillac. What a great experience from beginning to end. Thanks to everyone who made the purchase enjoyable.

Brian's customer service and professionalism were fantastic. He was very prompt with communication, and he answered any questions that I had. He listened to what I wanted in a car and I got exactly what I asked for! I would recommend Brian and OMS to anyone looking for a vehicle.
