Sam was very professonal, had the vehicles ready was knowledgable about thier history.We were encouraged to take our time test driving and inspecting the vehicles without having any pressure applied.

Brian McGill, Sales and Leasing Representative, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgable, accessible, thoroughly explained options and accommodated all requests. He created a stress-free vehicle purchasing environment. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I will be returning to Ontario Motor Sales, and more specially Brian, for all of my future Chevrolet and/or Cadillac vehicle purchases. With respect to Ontario Motor Sales as a whole; all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Ontario Motor Sales LTD. Cecil Baker was my dealer, he was polite & respectful and found me exactly what I was looking for to get myself & my family around. I was offered to purchase extended warranty which I did. The vehicle was clean & in perfect running order, full of gas also. The oil change and E-test were done for me and most of all, I was told I could pick up on the Monday morning at 10, and they were true to their word.The vehicle was ready before 10am and parked infront of the dealership for me to drive home. I was offered a complete tour of the facility & service department as well as offered the Lube card for oil changes and I was given a bottle of washer fluid. I recommend this GM dealer to all my friends & family for their honest, time worthy and polite experience.

I spoke with many sales staff from a lot of dealerships. They all left a feeling of being too pushy, wanting a deal to just fall in their laps and not considering what exactly I was looking for. Immediately from the moment I met Sam he was friendly, easy going and made it clear he wanted to make sure I would be happy with the experience of purchasing my vehicle as well as most importantly getting exactly the vehicle I wanted.

My 2015 Malibu is a sleek car. (had a 2009 Malibu with was bought at OMS also). Brian McGill sold me them both, he knew what i was looking for.Keep up the good work Brian!!!
