The service was routine for the age and type of car I own. It was done on time and well , BUT. While I understand that Murray's is a large organization and in the business to make a profit I have found that the charges for normal work are very expensive compared to other shops, as well the times stated to do the work at seem too much.

The work done was a recall notice. The service to check in the car in the morning was quick. The call for the shuttle service was within the time stated by the service caller.

Staff is friendly, service is okay, I think their volume of work is too high as quality can be an issue. But they will correct the problem

Considering the battery cable was not put on properly after servicing and my wife had to call someone for a boost on the way home, we live outside the city , I can't give a five star rating.
