Amanda: takes the time to keep me informed. she will often send a text to me to do just that and then when she has the complete picture she will give me a phone call. there have been many examples over the last few years she has gone to bat for me. Brake drums come to mind when the aftermarket ones did not solve the problem, and only GM ones would do Amanda was there swinging the bat for my truck!

Chris as always was great to work with. Jarrett fixed it right the first time. Service was great BUT the vehicle sure could have used a wash on both service visits!!!

I was there to get an oil change and service for my 2013 Avalanche. I used the fast lane and the employees were courteous and fast. I had a burned out running light that they explained they could not do as it required removing the front cowling and inner fender covers in order to get at the bulb. This will have to be scheduled.

Although I did have to pay $50 for something Murray broke to begin with and I still can't plug my car in in the winter because the computer shuts down, due to some glitch that wasn't fixed while it was under warrantee eventho that's when it broke..
