Laplante's Joe and David went all out to find and secure my perfect vehicle. It took them 2 weeks of constant searching, but they did it! The experience was pleasant, bottom line, no aggressive haggling... I told them what I wanted and what I could afford, they even helped me secure a leather protection package within my budget. I highly recommend Laplante Jeep!

Fixed my door lock in a timely manner, accurate quote, friendly staff. Unfortunate that the door lock needed fixing in the first place, seeing as I had only used it a dozen times since the key fobs stopped working....but that is not the dealer's fault :I

I was well recceived and Gabriel paid attention to what I was asking for in the Caravan. GAbriel paid a lot of attention and was very respectful under these special circumstances. The replacement of my winter tires with my summer tires and completion of the multipoint Peace of Mind Inspection was completed in the estimated timeframe. During this time, in accordance with the recommended COVID 19 regulations I was provided with a very comfortable isolated waiting area. Overall it was a very pleasant and professional experience.

Ever though busy due to the CV surprise ; I found the reception to be very cordial and respectful + ( this man even offered to do a recall on my car). Mind you that the waiting period was bad but again, understandable,... I was just glad that the service department was still open so I could have my brakes done and the price was right. Lastly,... an issue to my exhaust system was created while doing the recall. So I had to go back the next morning to get it fixed ; what do you know,... shit happens. But no worries, I am still giving Laplante a 10 for service :)

They did look after all requested aspects. They retourned the vehicle in time and clean. Unfortunately, they could not resolve the main suspension issue but accept that I return when it re-occurs.
