No accountability

Had my pre owned grand caravan for less than a year. First day I got it the drivers side window motor failed. 3 weeks later the fuel line came apart while my wife was driving sprayed all over the engine because it wasn’t connected properly to fuel filter that they had changed. Now I bring it in for an oil change and I noticed a tranny leak. It cost me 500 dollars for an oil change and a tranny line. Mean while I spent 5000$ on an extended warranty that denies every claim because everything that happens to this lemon seems to be normal wear and tear. And above all else. Being understandably frustrated when I question certain fees on my repair bills. The service manager gets defensive and tells me that his employees don’t work for free. Never will I buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Too long and no explanation

1. Took 1.25 hours to complete oil change where it used to take 40 to 45 minutes (I wait for it). 2. When I commented that the price had jumped ($40 increase from November), there was no explanation given for the 68% price increase, except the single word "yes".. 3. My wife had a complaint in the fall when she had her winter tires installed. She waited for 2 hours, and when investigated why it was taking long, discovered that the tires had not even been removed from her vehicle. She received an email inviting her to comment, which she did, but there was never any follow up.

The sales representative, Dan Marleau, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, worked relentlessly to get me the best deal possible. Unfortunately I changed my mind after I signed a day after and I decided to back out of the sale but the sales manager declined to refund my deposit which I can’t say it’s unfair but it would have been nice.
