We were well and professionally dealt with by Roadsport Chrysler sales staff, when my family and I made three separate visits, all in connection with purchasing a new Grand Caravan.

We dealt with Riley Coleman and John Hyman from Sales, with the Sales Manager, Owen Cara, another Sales Manages and with Charles James. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and very open. We were pleased with the purchase process. Our only disappointment was that, for the 2016 models, Chrysler did not offer a regular sized Caravan and we were forced to buy a Grand Caravan, which has worse gas mileage. I brought my Caravan in for the Peace of Mind Service. Winter tires were replaced with All Seasons tires, and an oil change was done. All went well!

Service and attention to a recurring challenge with our van was excellent. End result exceeded our expectations iwith regards to speed of resolution and cost. This dealer has now become my regular go to for ongoing maintenance of Grand Caravan.
