Excellent customer service explains everything well before any job starts so I understand what needs to be done does not push you away if you have any questions and he allows you to take your time to explain things to him excellent person would never go or have any one else

Abdul was great had no problem with him or his services. The problem was with finance person who said one thing but never followed through with it. Took a couple of days to get settled.

If there was one area I might comment on, it would be customer recognition. After so many years, and having dealt personally with William on multiple service visits, I would expect that he recognizes me, perhaps not call me by name, but just that personal recognition.
