In the last year I have found Roadsport service not at the same level as Eastway cared for customers, and got us in. Exorbitant quotes, very unfriendly communication just turns one off. This had eveb been complained to your Service Manager.

You need more service people like Joe Martone! No matter the problem with my van, Joe always is honest with us. He tells us like it is, and that is very hard to find these days!
