Purchase of used Cargo Van

Difficult from start to finish. We weren't told the van was a rental previously, until a few days after to agreed to purchase it. It was printed on the third version of our bill of sales & if I wasn't such a stickler for reading everything I sign, I wouldn't have ever known we bought a rental vehicle. The delivery was delayed by two or three days - reasons unknown. On our final visit, we had to ask multiple times for the insurance slip that our insurance broker provided to them. During the entire process it felt like everyone was disconnected - we were passed from person to person and no one really seemed to know or care what was going on.

In 2016 I got a new minivan from RoadSport Chrysler. I really appreciated the entire RoadSport Chrysler team’s professionalism and respect for me and my time. All questions were answered quickly and accurately. All paperwork was accurate and prepared on time. The vehicle was ready exactly as promised and had the correct factory installed and dealer options as requested.
