I know that many have bad experiences when buying a car but my recent experience at Collingwood Toyota was a very positive one. Ted Rush was the rep who looked after us and he was great... no pressure, no 'selling', but rather lots of help, lots of advice, lots of factual information. We bought a RAV4 Hybrid XLE and Ted was able to get the Ruby Flare coloured one we wanted. We took deliver a couple of weeks later and absolutely LOVE this car. I have had a few new cars before and 'liked' them, but this one I just 'love'.

After a brief experience elsewhere, I returned to buy another Toyota from Collingwood Toyota, and finally appreciate how good this dealership is. Both the sales and service experiences are fair, honest and respectful, and I feel like I got a pretty good deal besides. Bonus points for the thorough and confidence-inspiring COVID safety measures.
