The first thing I noticed, upon entering the Collingwood Toyota dealership, was the setup and enforcement of their COVID 19 protocols by everyone we encountered. This was the case from day one until the day, months later, when I drove off with my first Toyota vehicle. My sales representative was Mr. Rush (Ted) who helped guide me through this purchase. Ted is a true professional, very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in buying, listen intently to my questions and responded promptly with details. Ted did not just sale me a vehicle he helped me understand what I was asking for in a pickup truck, made sound suggestions and explained each vehicle models pros and cons until I finally was satisfied with one particular vehicle.. Mr. Rush (Ted) made this experience not just a positive one but also a pleasure. I have proudly proclaimed my purchase to all my friends and family members who have never seen me so pleased over a vehicle. I’m a sold Toyota customer..... I love my truck.
