I was quoted $1320 to replace the clutch on my car. When I went to pick it up price went to $3800. They blocked in my car with there vehicles. I had to call the police and the took $800 off the bill. Pretty big scam watch out for these scam artists.

I don't usually write negative reviews but i felt compelled to write this one. 2 years ago we bought our Toyota Tundra from this dealership not our home base one in Barrie as we were told by friends this one had better service. First experience buying the vehicle was amazing. 3 weeks ago we had our oil change appointment booked but it got cancelled from Toyota due to COVID. They called back telling us they were up and ready to book again. Given the appointment would be 2 hours long as it was an oil change and recall on updating the computer we asked the gentleman on the phone if we were able to sit inside while we wait, given the cold weather and rain, he told us they have 2 seats inside and if they are not taken we could, or we could go for a walk LOL ok then...so we took a different approach and had our sister that note lives with us to come along with us to keep shelter for us with the weather being cold and rainy. We drive the hour down from barrie with the 2 vehicles for our scheduled 10:30am appt. When we arrive the man greets us, takes the keys and drives the truck to the parking lot. We then parked my sisters car at the back corner of the drive thur sheltered bay with her hatch open for shelter and stood there out of the way drinking coffee and talking. 12:15 the service man comes takes the truck from the parking lot finally and into the service shop. We continue wait and talk. 45 mins from that point a lady comes over who works there im assuming manager or assistant manager blond hair, medium height rudely telling us we are not social distancing and that the cops could come and ticket us! i proceed to tell her we live together and why she came with us, my husband upset at this point tells her the delay in the appointment of taking the truck in, she proceeds to tell us that as she only has 2 mechanics working, he told her he needs to be somewhere and if she can go check how much longer the mechanic needs, she again then proceeds to tell us we are not social distancing, and the cops could come and give us a ticket, she clearly didnt listen to me the first time, then leaves to check on the truck. I understand we are in very different times right now with COVID and all, but for her to just assume and approach us this way, not to even mention having us booked at the scheduled time to make us wait that long for a delayed service is not right or fair! we are the paying customer! This is very unprofessional from this dealership!! I dont think i want to continue my service with this dealership! and i will not be referring anyone here! this was very unfair treatment!
