Overall good...but a couple of things..asked on my key envelope to keep the old belt for a spare..was not done.had coolant service done and has bought a thermostat..was left on passenger seat and again envelope had asked it be changed out..was not done.pricing has to be adjusted slightly..but that may have been a communication slip on my part... overall was satisfactory...but there is always room for improvement.

Had a great experience at Honda today having my tires changed. The staff that greeted me were kind and professional. I got to wait in a very comfortable area while my tires were being changed. Service was quick and everything went very well. The staff were 5+ Stars!! I had a good experience

I called several other shops, including the dealer I bought my motorcycle at to get all the work I needed done in one spot. These folks not only did that without hassle, but the price and how fast they were was excellent. I’ll be a return customer. Edit: shame this didn't keep up. called yesterday to book in for some routine maintenance, they took my name, and number, never called me back. Unfortunate, i was going to go up and have a look at the new Goldwings too.

Took my vehicle in half hour early, upon my arrival. Also, very friendly, informative staff, friendly, clean and free refreshments to boot. Work completed in short time (reg. service/oil change, tire rotation as well check engine light reset and reschedule with warranty parts on order!). Can’t say enough good things for my 1st Honda Service! 2022 Honda Civic Sport.

Great experience! As i was waiting for my vehicle to arrive, they kept me updated frequently. Once vehicle arrived, great service from everyone that showed me the vehicle and all the gadgets in it and also the paperwork. I am very satisfied with my pilot and the staff.
