Craig Buchanan was wonderful and provided exceptional service ans patience. The overall experience and purpose for my visit was extremely frustrating and to have had to make 2 visits for issue with my brand new car less than 6 months old. Not what I expected when it comes to reliability however Craig was compassionate and offered all he could to ensure i was looked after. He went above and beyond to look after making sure i had means to get my kids from school and kept me informed in the process. Craig even called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was still ok with my car. Thank you Craig, your service is a great asset to this dealership!

Picked up our new 2023 CRV last week, and love it! Riverview Honda provided nothing but the best service. They are honest, kind and knowledgeable. We’ve been with Riverview since the purchase of our 2013 Civic EX. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Kris for getting us into our new wheels!
