Finally get to welcome my new baby to my home! After a rough go with the vehicle I had previously I went and saw Bruce and he seriously made a dream come true. This vehicle is my dream and he made sure I got everything I wanted for the price I needed it at... he seriously cares about his customers and truly truly invested himself in getting the vehicle I dreamed of. If you EVER EVER need anyone to look at a new vehicle with Bruce is the guy!!

Booked my oil change appointment on South Trail Chrysler website for 4PM today. Get to the dealership talk to the service advisor and she says that it will be an hour and a half wait. I said but i made an appointment for today for 4PM. She responses yea but with us having the Mopar Express Lane it is first come first serve. I repeated myself once again just to make sure she heard me correctly .... I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 4PM ... She said no i got that but it is first come first serve I just said okay nevermind ill just go somewhere else or come back another time. Then she says do you want to make an appointment for another time. I just said appointments mean nothing here and left.

Recent Visit (12/02/21) Brought my vehicle to have a winter peace of mind maintenance package completed. On the paperwork it shows that the battery was tested. Or was it? A week later I had to replace my battery due to the charge being low. I am really doubting that these packages that say they include all these checks actually do get completed. If the battery was actually tested they should of let me know it's on its last leg. Might be rethinking where I take my jeep next time I need service on it.

Lewis in the service department was professional and courteous. Jeremy, the shop foreman, took care of almost all the issues without fault. Pleasure to deal with this dealership.
