This was my first service with my 2011 Cruze and all I was needing was a oil change, and I was pleasantly greeted by Steve upon entering the service area and was looked after promptly.Then we waited in the Customer Waiting Area (nice and clean) This service was done in a speedy manner and when finished the car was washed(not so well)and brought to the door
