I was not called for the $10,000 draw and I called Mike and he said he would look into it and call me back and he never did call me back. Next time I will go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle.

Winter tires

I am very disappointed, not in Joe, but the technician/mechanic who put my stored winter tires on in November. After I left OMS I felt a vibration in the tires. To make a long story short, I went to my local GM dealer(I live in Stouffville) and thought I needed a tire balancing. It turned out that all four ties were in terrible shape, so bad that it was a safety issue. I was shown the problems which include the tires coming away from the rims! I bought 4 new tires. If the employee who put my winter tires on had inspected them I am sure Joe would have consulted me to buy new tires.This could have been a dangerous situation. Can you please have your employees check the tires carefully before putting them on!! Thanks, Lou

We were looking to replace one of our vehicles. The salesman was professional and courteous and helped us to get the best deal possible with our choice. The individual arranging our financing was very helpful and informative. When we picked up the vehicle, the salesman 'introduced' us to all its features. We are very happy with our purchase. We have not purchased a new vehicle in about 20 yrs.

Eric bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle for me and get me a substantial trade value for the vehicle I had. He did his best to get me everything I wanted in a vehicle and even some things I wasn't expecting. The sales transaction was very clear and easy to understand, but I was curious as to why I paid sales tax on the $20. I paid for the gas. It was ready for pick-up when he said it would be and walked me thru all the dash board features of the vehicle. I drove away feeling very happy and comfortable. Since then, Eric has called and made himself available for any questions I may have. He sold me a wonderful Equinox. I just 'love' it. I have since put snow tires on it and feel I can now go anywhere, anytime.

My Chevy Cruze has always had an issue with leaking antifreeze. I stopped into the dealership early Saturday morning and John had my vehicle repaired before the end of the day and was covered by warranty which I was not aware of until John brought it to my attention. I have never had a bad experience at OMS and would recommend them to anyone. I only wish the vehicle was as reliable as John and the service department of OMS

We purchased a 2012 Chevy Volt. The sales associate was helpful and we were able acheive reasonable terms quickly and easily. We picked up the car the following day which was quite impressive.
