Great, friendly, and fast service!

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone there was very friendly while we waited. My son loves being able to watch our car while it's being serviced.

My car received a lube,oil and filter change as well as the semi-annual service package. My Diamond Cote rustproofing received it's annual inspection. I also received a complimentary wash. I don't do Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking sites.I value my privacy too much. Therefore I am unable to enter your sweepstakes.

Travis is very good at what he does. He called and updated me as the day progressed and even arranged for a loaner vehicle when mine had to stay overnight. Travis made it a pleasant experience =)

My vehicle went in for recall work and oil change recently. Ontario Motor Sales have by far the most efficient and convenient service setup. They pick up my vehicle at my office location, fully aware of the timing when I need it back. Steve calls me in a very timely manner to discuss their findings and explain the work that has been done, and sets accurate expectations on when I will be having my vehicle dropped back off to me. My car gets dropped off, nice and clean, and they even bring a debit machine right to me so that I can pay conveniently for the services. I've dealt with other GM dealerships that do NOT provide such fantastic service. I will continue to deal exclusively and ONLY with OMS for this very reason.
