I had zero time to purchase a new vehicle and Honda was able to get me hooked up with my new CRV within 24 hours from when I initially walked it. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Winnipeg Honda!

Just bought used car on 1 week of NOV...before i bought it the front left excel was making cracking niose and i was told that CV boot need to be replaced and was fixed during safety ( as told). And today when i reach the dealership regarding the same cracking sound is coming again .....i was told whole front left Excel need to replaced and will cost me around 800 dollars. So my question is that how come i am having same problem , same cracking sound.......that means something wrong in brewing in there..... Will never go again and recommend CROWN GROUP !!!!! BEAWARE GUYS DON'T GET RIP OFF

Service department over promises and under delivers. Also was quoted that I'd be charged for one hour of labor but they tried to charge for two. Luckily I remembered the quote and they changed my bill after I bought it up. Brought my car in on a Tuesday for some work and was told it would take a day or two. Got a call on Thursday that said the technician was busy on high priority work and hadn't been able to work on my car yet, and that they'd need to keep my car over the weekend. Continued to get updates from the dealer that said they'd need two or three more days. This ended up turning into three weeks before my car was finished. I don't mind if my car takes three weeks to fix, but the dealer should be able to give more accurate timelines.

I had a service B and changing of my tires to the winter tires that were on rims. A few weeks after getting the tires changed my tire sensor went off. The tires were all inflated to the correct pressure. I knew I wouldn't be able to get into the Honda service place without a lot of hassles so went to the place I had purchased the tires a few years ago. They had to properly reset the sensor and I have not had any problems since. This is the third time I have not been happy with the service. They did not properly assess my battery during a previous B service and my neighbour had to remove corrosion and then I had to replace it in the next month. As well when they replaced the navigation direction they disrupted the cable that allowed me to put my back seats down and up again. This took 3 visits to be corrected.
