I wanted to know why the tighten gas cap comes on and off out of the blue. Adam had the car tested and they could not find the problem so he told me to come directly in the next time it happens. He was pleasant and polite at all times and is a pleasure to deal with

We found the service exceptional from the moment we stepped onto the car dealership. Everyone was courteous and knowledgable about the car models on the lot. When its time to make another purchase we'll be back.

My past experiences in buying cars has been somewhat fraught with anxiety, but in my dealings with Kyle and Brantford Honda, I felt very reassured that I was getting a great car, at a great price and their service warranties will keep me and my car going for quite some time. It was a quick purchase for me, which wouldn't have happened if I didn't feel comfortable with the people I was dealing with. Thank you!

My visit to Brantford Honda was a pleasant one,I pretty much knew what I was looking for in a new vehicle.There was no pressure applied to myself,in making my decision.All options were explained to me,in helping me decide on how I was going to make my purchase.The only questionable part of the deal,would have been my trade-in value on my old vehicle.But saying that it didn't defer me from going else were. From the moment I drove into the service area at Brantford Honda I was treated respectively and expertly advised as to the needs of my leased Honda Civic at the date . I was advised that ,according to Honda policy, it is recommended that since my first anniversary of leasing was happening soon I should have the oil changed. Thank you for the kindly reminder,Trevor.
