A routine service was performed, and during that service other componets were evaluated and I was given an updated to their condition. This gives me a heads up as to when I can expect to deal with things like brake service and tire replacement before they become an issue. Great preventative maintenance! I appreciate this effort.

We only went to look at the Honda CR-V and while talking to Chris ,with his great knowledge and love of his job and cars we bought and drove home a few days later very happy with our new car . We owned a 2005 CRV Honda and loved it ,hated to part with it as we never had a thing wrong with in over the years . Thank you for the great service Chris and Honda in past years . Scott McCulloch from Brantford Honda provided excellent customer service with my recent vehicle purchase. The service was very personalized - Scott listened and learned to what I needed and wanted and with his in depth knowledge of the different vehicles and the models I was able to make a decision I was very comfortable and happy with. Scott helped me evaluate what I wanted and needed with what Brantford Honda had to offer to see if there was a fit rather than going into sales autopilot and trying to solve my issues generically and offering me something totally different than what I needed and wanted.

Customer Service that was sincere, honest and trustworthy

Scott McCulloch from Brantford Honda not only helped me find a vehicle that fit my budget, but a vehicle that better suited the other features/qualities I needed and wanted in a vehicle. I wasn't sure if I wanted to or if it made sense for me get a new vehicle and with Scott's help which was honest and sincere I was able to make a decision I was extremely happy with. It was very apparent Scott wanted to ensure I made the right decision for me and not make an impulse decision that I would regret. It’s not often you get someone in sales who is good at what they do AND who is also honest and trustworthy and Scott is clearly good at what he does AND is honest and trustworthy.

Great Service Experience!

Asked and received an appointment time convenient to me for my 1st service on my 2013 Civic. Waited in the customer lounge while they performed the service on the Civic. It only took 40 minutes, including the complimentary car wash! I knew my new Civic was in good hands! Will continue to take my car there for all its servicing.
