On time, positive attitude, patient, helpful, provides loads of information and alternative solutions at the best price available. I truly love bringing my civic into Honda. Ben always talks to me as a respected customer and is always happy to help me the best that he can.

Staff should be professional at all times, be ready to explain charges for the service provided to customer. Also it's unprofessional and disrespectful to charges customers for service that they weren't made aware of.

Was promised a user's manual for my new vehicle in the mail. It has been 3 months and have not received. Sent 2 emails for an update and did receive a response.

Whether it's a nail in the tire or just need the car ready for a trip, I can always count on Trevor and the other members of the service dept to make my life a little easier and less stressful. Being a senior, a person can often feel fretful about the smallest of issues never mind complicated or costly ones. So life with Honda is that much pleasanter as they assist in determining the best, most favourable options for me and my vehicle.
