The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I had to wait over 1/2 hour once my car was done. Trevor was tied up with another customer and couldn't get away. Every time I'm in I can count on Trevor to be helpful and friendly.

I prefer to deal with Trevor inclusively regarding my vehicle's servicing. Trevor values the meaning of customer service; dealing with clients with dignity, honesty and trust. Had vehicle in for routine service as well as addressing issue of rotational clunking noise when braking. Brake inspection done, clunking noise turned out to be rust buildup on rear breaking plates and drums that was serviced and descaled. Appreciated the honest evaluation of the situation. Service was done in a timely and professional manner.

I have been in a few times of the past few months for a bunch of different things. the last 2 times was for sensor issues in my seat belt and in my engine. both items were fixed and the staff was friendly. I wish they could have been found at the time same time since \i had to pay for diagnostics both times within 2 weeks of eachother but that cant always be helped.

Nothing but trying to make money off people rather than help people. Salesman mood towards me completely changed when he realized I was there for something under 10k, then proceeded to try to "talk me into" buying something more expensive. Horrible experience and will not be retuning anytime in the future.
