A worry free experience!

I was in a collision where my vehicle was beyond repair. I made one phone call to Chris and knew that I was in good hands purchasing a new vehicle. Chris knew what I was looking for and found it for me in no time. It was just what I needed after the trauma of a collision. Stress free! I will always own a Honda!

Hey there, I've worked with honda in the past. They're great service, knowledge and friendliness keeps me coming back again and again. Scott was amazing as always. Always friendly, chipper, and ready to answer any questions I might have. Scott and brantford Honda always exceed my expectations; every visit, every service, and every vehicle purchase. Krista was very friendly and welcoming which helped decide that Brantford Honda was where I wanted to buy my first car instead of another dealership or city location. Krista was well knowledge in the information of the vehicles that I looked at making it easy to choose my Honda Fit. The process was quick and easy; probably 3 weeks from seeing the car to driving it home.

Hello Adam. I apologize for taking so long to respond to you. Each time I come to your Honda dealership my experience has been consistent. Adam, you have a wonderful way of making your customers feel valued and respected. Each time I am at the dealership I see you speaking to your customers throughout their wait to advise them of the progress of their service. I never feel like I have been forgotten about or lost in the shuffle. Staff are consistently upbeat and professional and try and make everyones wait as comfortable as possible. My last visit was in September for a rust cleanup on rotors. Adam told me that the mechanic identified an issue with a pin and they repaired it with no additional charge, advising me that my safety was up most in their efforts. I am always happy to take the time to provide feedback on my experience because it has been such a positive one.
