I decided to buy my first car completely on my own. I did a lot of research before hand narrowed it down to 3 manufacturers. I went with Honda not only because of the quality of the car but also in large part because of my experience with Andrea. Throughout the process I felt respected and well-informed. She made my car buying experience not as scary as I had imagined. She made it fun.

Our experience with Chris Smith was fantastic! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and caring. We would definitely buy another vehicle from him. We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep or a better experience. This is our first Honda and we will actually drive further just to service our vehicle at this Honda Dealership. We were very pleased with the Dealership as well. It is very welcoming and so nice and clean.

Randy has always provided excellent service and as such we return to Brantford Honda when thinking about purchasing a new/used vehicle. He has always been honest and "up-front" with us. Mind you we have tried our luck at other dealerships but always seem to return to BH and Randy.
