They are either incompetent beyond belief which resulted in charging me $1000+ for what turned out to be a very simply issue (which I needed to troubleshoot myself) OR they assumed that I was the sort of person they could jerk around. To be fair, I had a good experience buying the car there and would consider going back for sales but I cannot stress to you how much you should NOT go to the service side. It is a waste of your time and hard earned money. Just go to Midtown Auto and save yourself the trouble.

Currently waiting on an oil change, it’s so far taken an hour and a half and I am still here, oil changes shouldn’t take this long. About an hour in I asked how much longer it might take and was told they would check in with the technicians, 30 minutes later I still haven’t heard anything. Not impressed.
