Reduced my rating. The service department deserves the 5 stars for the service they originally provided me. The sales department however does not. Decided to trade my older vehicle in and buy a new Mazda 3. Being this was the first time I was buying a new car I was very excited and the buying process went well, (Shyla and Jason were great) until I picked it up. I had a multitude of issues and had to bring the car back multiple times to have corrected. (Things that shouldn't have passed any type of quality control) This left me very dissapointed and turned my first buying experience into a negative one. I was told that they would do "something" for me for all the troubles. After a couple of weeks I didn't hear anything and had to follow up on my own to find out that I have 2 oil change certificates that were sitting on the sales managers desk for me to pick up. I would like to point out that they are dated and I have to use them within a year. Minor detail but just another thing that I found odd. I am absolutely in love with my new car, I just wish that my buying experience would have been better.

Shopping for my first car was nerve racking, Evan from Mazda provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable buying a vehicle. His customer service was great. I appreciate everything he did, I walked away with a CX3 and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thanks Evan!

Once again, Palladino Mazda came through for me ! I live 3 hours away but when my purchase needed work, I had it towed to them and they took care of the rest ! The Service Manager even met me for a Sunday pickup when the repairs were done. What a great team ! Thank you so much ! 😊

Regularly maintenance visit went well. Dealership called ahead of time to remind me of the appointment, I was able to drop my car off for the day, and work was done quickly.
