It was simply the repair of a tire puncture that was being done under the tire warranty. It was performed efficiently and properly with a minimum of delay. All aspects of the event were agreeable.

Andrea was happy and helpful from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable, patient and always attentive while never being aggressive. I give her high marks for her attitude as I took a very long time to contemplate my purchase and initiated many discussions with her. She made suggestions for additional accessories and products that she though I might be interested based on what she learned about me as a customer. I took some but not others and she was perfectly happy with each decision I made. I am looking forward to enjoying my car for years and I will certainly be giving Honda my business again in the future.

Issues noted during the test drive, were not repaired before the car was picked up, as promised.

The car was picked up one week after purchase. It was noted before purchase, that the control on the driver door for the rear passenger window did not work. I was assured this would be fixed before the car was picked up. It was not. I had to take the car back for repairs which took 2 days. I was provided a loaner car, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

Trevor has always been very professional and respectful. It's nice when you walk into a busy dealership like Brantford Honda and are greeted with a smile and by name. Trevor saw the urgency and took care of it right away. Problem solved.
