Huge thank you to Krista Pikula and Mark Waterhouse for their assistance with my vehicle. I reached out to Krista to seek advice on my vehicle, which I had purchased late 2012 from her, and was amazed that she recalled who I was and the full history of our transaction. She assisted me with advice, and offered to meet me the next day to review options for my vehicle. The next day I was introduced to Mark who gave me his time to review options and went above and beyond to help me directly. Within 15 minutes I was on my way! Thank you two soo much, true life savers. Although I now live in Grimsby, you will always have my business.

had a meal, opening remarks and introductions, toured service bay, Learned facts about general maintenance and unique qualities about our honda. Already own two hondas at present, owned hondas for 30 years,but learned great things. Had a lot of fun.

Just got off the phone with Mark in the service department to order a discontinued hard to find part for my 07 Honday Fit. Due to having a baby in a few days and I'm out of town I won't be there to pick it up until a few weeks when I'm visiting family in the area. Needless to say, I tried to pay for it over the phone but he said he'll keep it aside for me when I'm in town and just to give them a head-ups to reserve an appointment. I suppose he could sell the part if I never showed but taking the risk to make me happy means my service visit will include a few more items to a bill that I could have gotten done locally here in Sherbrooke, Québec.

Krista Pikula was an amazing sales associate she made me feel very comfortable and while working on the sale was always available for questions. She made the experience of buying my first car very easy and not stressful, I would recommend any if my friends and family to come talk to her if looking for a new car
