extremely disappointing experience

As a customer I was assured that the vehicle I purchased had not been involved in a collision yet when taken to a body shop we found that many pieces on the front end had in fact been replaced and repainted. After several weeks we finally got the ok to get the visible damage repaired. The ownership card which was supposed to be sent to me within a "day or two" arrived in about a month only after calling many times to see where it was and finally got speaking to the sales manager. My experience of being lied to on several occasions, your lack of attention of detail on the vehicles being sold, and lack of followup to messages being left , among other things has left me with a rather poor opinion of Georgian

Paul Noble made my new car buying very comfortable and easy to understand the paper work. I would advise any of my friends to see him if they were in the market for a new car.Only a few bumps in the process but all were minor, no problems.

Mark was actually the best salesman I've ever experienced. Not pushy, not overly involved, he just let me look at what I was interested and was there to answer any and all questions. He even stuck his neck out for me to the service department, and personally polished a scratch off of my truck. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I hope Mark is available when I purchase my next vehicle.

Getting winter tires put on

Service was good until I went to get my car after the winter tires were installed. Get my car and asked the tech where are my summer tires? He says they have been sent to the warehouse for storage. The w/o clearly stated customers wants back the tires. He said we can get them but that will take another twenty minutes to get them.Long story short was not impressed with my first experience with the service department. Got me questioning what else got missed on such a simple job.

Thank You Tyler! I meant to call you and thank you personally. When I came up to Barrie to pick up my pre-owned vehicle, it was in excellent condition. All-though a small imperfection was overlooked, by myself included, you went beyond what was necessary, sending someone to downtown Toronto and back in one day having replaced the entire windshield. This was tremendous as my schedule is pretty crazy being a single parent of two preteens and working full time. I love my new vehicle. It has all the features I was looking for and I was willing to come to Barrie to get it. I did not expect such great service as most of my previous experiences with car dealerships have not been stellar.
