Mr. Wilkey has guided us (and other family members and family friends) through the difficult and often confusing process of finding a vehicle consistent with our needs, budget and personal desires. He is an excellent communicator, inclusive of listening ! Warren is a true professional and totally knowledgeable of the GM product line. With his patience he helped us determine the vehicle that best suited our needs and budget. He creates and maintains an atmosphere consistent with the customers' ability to understand (all the possibilities offered by GM); the absolute lack of pressuring techniques and total dedication towards our needs is one of the main reasons we deal with Georgian Chev. Buick GM time and time again. His caring and professional attitude doesn't stop after the purchase of "the car"; Warren always goes out of his way to greet us warmly ... even when we attend for a oil change. We appreciate him; and as an aside note; his son Mark (Wilkey) has demonstrated these same attributes to us on many occasions - when we arrive unannounced and Warren is not available or present on site.
