Hi Emil. We appreciate your review, but wish we had been able to make a better impression. Three stars is pretty good but as you can see our ratings are on average much higher. I guess you must have stopped in when we were closed or didn't speak with anyone because we have no record of you visit. We would love to have you stop in again so we might get another chance to put our best foot forward, or just call us. We would love to get more feedback from you so we can learn how we might improve our service for you and all of our customers.

Would most definitely recommend That Car Place! All the staff are great, especially the guys behind the scenes at That Auto Repair Place, super honest and knowledgeable. I was having problems with my A/C and no one could figure it out, that is until I talked to Mark! With the weather we had today I am extremely thankful to him and the guys in the shop!

When people the phrase of "sleazy used car salesman" most don't need any further explanation, and get the visual. In today's world all businesses say that it is all about customers, but most actually mean next quarter sales. It is increasingly difficult to find someone who does things differently. From the moment you walk in, you can tell That Car Place is on a mission to challenge and change how people view the process of purchasing a car. They are NOT about the next quarter, they are about the next customer and making their experience better. They don't do it so that you buy your next car there. They do it so that you enjoy the current car that you purchase. This place should be visited not only by those who are looking to purchase a car, but also by everyone else in the industry who is selling cars to see and learn!

Our customer first approach extends from the front end of our operation where our sales staff works, through our finance office, and all the way to the back in our service department where our Class A Mechanics, and auto detailing team work. Our reputation means everything to us and we appreciate your positive review greatly.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Enjoyable doing business with them. Honest and transparent business practices. Highly recommended. I will only buy my cars from them in future. Thank you again!!

That Car Place was a great experience today with friendly , eager to help and knowledgeable staff it was comfortable. They know their product, asked and listened to us returned polite and understandable questions. Their inventory was clean , well placed, and organized which says a lot to me! They even asked what I would ‘google ‘ to find the perfect vehicle ! Highly recommended 👍🏻

Robert was fantastic, he answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy. When the time came to go through the financing end of our purchase, Robert and the financing team made it an easy, painless process. In short, it was an enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a vehicle.
