First off the sales guy we had was great.... but that where it ended. was told payments of 250 bi weekly could be done or 300 bi weekly with 3000 cash back. went in and payments where 300 no cashback and that it would of been 20$ a month more for the cash back. I had my limit of 300 and they would not budge 20$ a month down. Drove down the road to the chevy dealer from walking in i could tell this place was more family oriented and had a nicer atmosphere. they where able to get me into the same style 1500 truck with extras the dodge did not have (side steps, leather, apple car play and overall nicer fit and finish) the dealer gave me the exact whole sale price on the trade(was not making money off the trade in) and also took 1000$ hit on the truck to make me happy and get me exactly what I wanted to pay. all dodge needed to do was give me the wholesale value on my trade in and they would of had the deal. Now I realize why there is so many dodge trucks just sitting in a parking lot off fort road.

Our apologies Trystin. We truly care about our customers and try our best to do it right all the time, but unfortunately sometimes we fail at that. In this particular circumstance we were down to selling our truck for hundreds under invoice cost, paying fair market value for your trade. We may have mistaken your main goal, to lower your payments which were currently at $306 Bi-weekly, and stay in a brand new truck, not looking at pre owned. Though we managed to get the payments as low as $290 Bi-weekly, we unfortunately couldn’t keep the payments under $300 and still include the $3000 cash back. Every manufacturer has different monthly incentives that can sometimes benefit the buying situation better than others. We are extremely disappointed to have let you down, as that is not our style and we will make necessary corrections on our end to be better in the future. ME AND MY WIFE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW TRAILER AFTER DOING SO WE REALIZED WE NEEDED A NEW TRUCK TO PULL IT. I had to contact Shannon as I could not find our middle seat belt in our new Jeep Patriot that we had purchased in February. Although we are now June, Shannon remembered who I was and he currently was off and not in until later in the day. He had no issues with helping me figure out the seat belt issue. He responded right away and with no hesitation did some research and was able to find the middle seat belt. Although he was not working he provided good customer service and maintained professionalism through out the call. Thank you Shannon 😀
