Seamless Transactions Every time!

I've been a customer of Brantford Honda for over 14 years. In that time I have purchased and leased many vehicles from their dealership, I've even recommended my friends and family to ONLY buy vehicles from them. The sales staff always treat my family and I with the professionalism you would hope to receive from "premium brand" dealers. You can never go wrong buying a Honda, however when I wanted something different (2014 Scion FRS) I didn't want to get this vehicle from anyone else but the dealership I know and TRUST! One call to Scott McCulloch and he made my day! In a short amount of time he had my new car ready to go and I did everything through them without having to jump through hoops. Chris was a very experienced, personable individual. Even though this was a used car purchase, he made me feel as if it was for a new car...exciting. Huge thank you to Krista Pikula and Mark Waterhouse for their assistance with my vehicle. I reached out to Krista to seek advice on my vehicle, which I had purchased late 2012 from her, and was amazed that she recalled who I was and the full history of our transaction. She assisted me with advice, and offered to meet me the next day to review options for my vehicle. The next day I was introduced to Mark who gave me his time to review options and went above and beyond to help me directly. Within 15 minutes I was on my way! Thank you two soo much, true life savers. Although I now live in Grimsby, you will always have my business.

Scott is an exceptionally trustworthy and conscientious professional. He was very helpful and worked hard for me to ensure that I ended up with the right features on the right vehicle. His unassuming and straightforward attitude was a refreshing change from the typical salesman and I can't recommend him enough.

had a meal, opening remarks and introductions, toured service bay, Learned facts about general maintenance and unique qualities about our honda. Already own two hondas at present, owned hondas for 30 years,but learned great things. Had a lot of fun.
