Ontario Motor Sales has Excellent Service - I would recommend everyone to go there.

I love the convenience of the free car pick up and return when my traverse goes in for service. I can drive to work, they come and get my vehicle and then return it before I have to leave work. I get all my service done at OMS. Great work guys

recall & servicing

Would have given a higher rating had it not been for the long wait for a shuttle to the shopping centre and even longer wait to get back when the car was done. My son had taken time out of his day to drive me and because I have a heart condition and we are from North York I did not know where the bus stop was with all the construction so could not find a way back. As for the car the recall servicing seemed to go well except for the next time we got gas the needle would not register the fillup until we had driven about 15 minutes. We have yet to get more gas to see if it happens again, if it does I'll be calling you back.

i bring my vehicle in for my oil changes and i get complimentary pickup of my car and drop off which is great as I have 2 very young children which can make that simple task a big challenge. The staff accommodate a time around my schedule and are very pleasant to deal with. I am always given information on anything that may be needed on top of my oil changes but I don't feel like I'm ever pushed into anything. They explain everything clearly to me so I am given all my facts.

I always deal With Steve M . He is personable friendly and knows his product line. He is one of the main reasons we continue to deal with OMS. Steve has always addressed any issues we have had in a prompt efficient manner. Well done and thank you Steve.

Worst Experience

This was my worst experience at OMS ever. I make an appointment for an oil change for a reason. I came back at the appointed time and my car hadn't even been sent in yet. I missed my afternoon appointments because of this. This experience surprised me because I usually receive exceptional service.

John gives excellent service. My wait time was longer than I had hoped due to the busyness and the fact that he was on duty alone that Saturday. However as a person, John was superb. Thank you.
