I actually sold my kia because of the service from here unfortunately. I originally bought the car in Kanata, where the dealership was not too bad. When I moved to this end of the city, this dealership was closest, but it is quite a bit worse than Donnelly in Kanata. They would often forget to order parts, schedule one date and tell me another and forget to order the uber to pick me up when they said they would. Two weeks after a recall service where they had to drop the engine, some of the tire well shielding fell off while I was driving. The service rep said the clips probably failed from normal wear, although I'm pretty sure they just didn't clip it in properly. That was really the last straw and I started to look for another car. During the last month of me owning this car, the dealership called me saying Kia is sending a survey and they want me to give them a full score. Coincidentally, he will be providing me with a free oil change. Suffice it to say, I will not need be using the free oil change.
