Having to buy a new car can be overwhelming, but Connor, Mike and Paul at Bank St Kia made it a lot better - they were great. I really appreciated that they were able to make me feel at ease, and they were easy to chat with and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. They helped me figure out exactly what the perfect vehicle was for me. I picked up my new Sportage on Friday and couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything!

After weeks of research, my wife and I decided to get a used/ex-rental2023 Sportage LX. Bank Street Kia have the colour, trim and the priced according to our target payment. Hussein accommodated us even we have not set-up and appointment. Hussein showed the car and I immediately did my checks, visually inspected critical areas, close scrutiny of the other important items and final assessment. We finally agreed on the purchase price. However, we did not purchased nor agreed to any other additional accessories, warranty, oil change package, rust protection and other packages that this dealer have offered as I have other 3rd party providers who can do the same services at a fair price. We were just firm with to our target payments, thus we went home vary satisfied with our objective. Hussein clearly explained and showed to us the details of the sale thus, my wife and I agreed to purchase. On pick-up day of the car, it was spanking clean and all the interior spots that I noticed on first visit were all gone. Overall, we can recommend to visit this dealership, but, I suggest that you do your research and homework on pricing and other services that will encounter while owing a car. This is now the 3rd used and ex-rental, (1 Hyundai, 2 KIA) car that we owned and both brands have served me very good. Thank you Hussein for your professional service.
