I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Soul from Bank St Kia, and I had an excellent experience overall. Connor, Hussein, and Sunny were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy. The whole process from looking at the car to the test drive to the financing and delivery went very well with no issues at all.

Buying the vehicle was easy but the sales people Really do not know about all their vehicles. I bought or was sold a 2021 kia Forte ex+ which according to Kia official website sight that clearly States all the standard options low and behold the vehicle I purchased does not have the option that it's supposed to hand when contacted the sales people they blanently lied to me and said navigation only comes on the Gt model, now they seem to e goasting us

Purchasing my new vehicle at Bank Street kia a great experience. The staff were knowledgable, helpful, and not pushy at all - they made the process of financing a new vehicle flawless and enjoyable. I was able to drive away with my new vehicle with no questions or concerns. 5 star service. Transparent, easy to deal with, efficient and accessible. Connor in sales and Sunny in finance were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not a single question were either unable to answer and I asked many. Second time leasing from this location over the last four years. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. *Especially anyone who don't want to feel objectified or ripped off.
