We just finished our third purchase with Bank Street Kia. Hussein was incredibly polite and kind throughout the process and we didn't feel pressured at all, especially when we needed extra time to think about the purchase. Communication was prompt and everything went smoothly. The car was detailed really well when we picked it up and Hussein went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with it. Great experience overall!

I’m incredibly grateful for my experience at BANK STREET KIA. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported, which made my car buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable. A big thank you to the team for their patience and professionalism. The whole buying process was smooth and stress-free. They really listened to my needs and helped me make an informed decision. I absolutely love my new Kia Seltos!!! It’s the perfect fit for me and of course I like the color! It is a turquoise one!!! I’m thrilled with my purchase!!! My new KIA is a real Christmas miracle!!! Had a great experience purchasing for my first car with Hussein! He was extremely polite and helpful for what can be an intimidating experience. Got a great deal on a low km, no accident Hyundai Accent and didn’t feel pressured at all throughout the process. The other staff like Mike, Ralph, and the lovely receptionist whose name I didn’t catch (she receives for 3 dealerships) were all polite and helpful as well. Thanks again, Hussein!

I bought my Kia soul from this dealership . I will not go in the details that left me small choice to get the colourr I preferred if I wanted a car after 3 months waiting time . Last week I got in a small incident and got the front bumper broken . Upon showing the employee at the parts service the photo I have taken of my car he ordered the part and told me to return on Wednesday to pick it up . On Wed I picked it up but when I took it to the repair shop the guy there told me it's the wrong part .that I needed just the lower bumper. I had to return it and be told that I had to wait till next Wed, because they get the orderd parts once weekly. That's what I did , just to arrive today and find the same guy looking around in all the papers and looking lost .I gave my copy to speed the process and to be told after a few minutes that the part was not delivered but went to another place , so I have to wait his call when he can locate it and asks to be delivered to the right place . No calls till now after 4 hours and a half . I'm really upset about the whole ordeal because I had to postpone a long trip twice and change my plans accordingly. I gave 2 stars courtesy of the gentlemanly way I received being a senior female with a bad knee who uses a cane to walk around in the slippery parking area . My first visit was after a freezing rain bout . But no good service at all , I mean if I received a delivery of many orders I placed I would check if I got them all in the first place before signing any paper and I would not look so bewildered when the client came to pick up the order.

They don't answer, they leave you waiting on the phone, they are not courteous, they don't give explanations. My new car bought this summer has already broken down, I can understand these things happen but at least there is a follow-up behind it and well no nothing. I took the car a month after purchasing it the part was not available ok, but they don't call I had to wait until December to get a return from them, and of course it's not not their fault. My car has been with them since yesterday morning and no one calls or communicates, they don't even answer!!!!!! We took out the extended protection that we pay for every month, so that a car could be loaned to us and they say that it is a service that they are giving us!!!!! I dream we pay for this service. All that to say, I am really disappointed with the after-sales service. (Original) Pire expérience, service zéro médiocre, c’est le pire choix que j’ai pu faire ici a ottawa. Ils ne répondent pas, vous laissent attendre au téléphone, ils ne sont pas courtois, ne donnent pas d’explications. Ma nouvelle voiture achetée cet été est déjà en panne , je peux comprendre c’est des choses qui arrivent mais au moins ya un suivie derrière et bien non rien. J’ai pris la voiture un mois après son achat la piece n’était pas disponible ok, mais ils n’appellent pas j’ai du attendre jusqu’à décembre pour avoir un retour de leur part, et bien sur ce n’est pas de leur faute. Ma voiture est chez eux depuis hier matin et personne n’appelle ni communique ils répondent même pas!!!!!! On a pris la protection étendue qu’on paye chaque mois, pour qu’une voiture nous soit prêté et la ils disent que c’est un servie qu’ils nous rendent!!!!! Je rêve on paye pour ce service. Tout ça pour dire je suis vraiment déçue du SAV.

Bought a new Kia carnival SX from Hussein. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and best of all offered amazing customer service whilst being one of the most personable people I've met. The entire buying process was quick and thorough and the price agreed on was the price paid. Would recommend dealing with Hussein any day of the week. 11/10.
