Highly recommend going to this location, service was great and I did not feel pressured at all! Hussein was our sales rep and he did absolutely amazing. I am in love with my 2025 Kia Seltos EX AWD. My car arrived within three weeks of buying it! Can’t thank Hussein and the team enough!

My father recently purchased a used vehicle from this location. Kingsley was a huge help with guiding him through the process and we had no issues whatsoever. Sonny was also great at guiding us through the financial part of it all. The overall customer service was fantastic!! 5 stars and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I recently bought a Kia Sportage from this dealership and had the absolute best service. Hussein and Sunny were true gentlemen and walked me through the process with ease. I’d definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Kia and great customer service in Ottawa.

Really not happy that I have to pay for a monthly subscription for my car starter that I already paid for in the price of my vehicule. I have the top model of the kia sportage.....What a scam!! Make sure you look at other options maybe key starter. To pay 20$ a month so I can use a feature that I paid for that is integrated in my car is ridiculous. With two young kids that was the whole reason I got a car starter. At least with my previous NISSAN I didn't have to pay a monthly fee.
