Bought a 2025 Carnival LX+ from them. Overall, I would rate them as very friendly and efficient team. Younes was a gentleman and fantastic sales rep to deal with. Delivery day was so smooth, if anything we held them up with our extra questions and tour of the car, everyone was very kind and accommodating though. Very happy with the new vehicle and end results. If you are buying a Carnival my only tip would be to check your expectations, they are going fast at every dealer and you might need to be patient to purchase one.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience buying our new car at Bank Street Kia. Connor was very straight forward and honest. He was quick and on the ball and made this process simple and easy for us. 10/10 would recommend buying a car here. In a market where it can be hard to find good service these guys excelled.

All of the prices on vehicles here are dishonest. You only get the advertised price if you finance. This isn't a car dealership, it's a C class lender. They are more interested in signing people to ridiculous terms with bad rates than selling cars. This practice should be as illegal as it is shameful and deceitful

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AND DO NO TRUST THEIR SALESMAN KINGSLEY WHATSOEVER My girlfriend setup a drive test for around 3pm yesterday for a 2016 Kia Soul. Their salesman Kingsley said over the phone that it would be no problem to put a deposit down and have our mechanic look at car if she decides to move forward. When we arrive, Kingsley is busy so another rep takes us for a test drive. I point out the rear view backup cam is not working and ask if that would have been covered if found it had been discovered in the safety. The rep tells me no. I ask what other issues are known about the car that wouldn’t be covered in the safety. Rep says he doesn’t know and I’ll have to ask Kingsley. We go inside and Kingsley lies and makes the claim that their “182-point system that goes beyond a safety and the rear view backup cam would have been fixed”. Opposite if what the other rep said. I don’t call him out on this. We say that we’d like to put a deposit down and have our mechanic look at it. All of a sudden Kingsley “has to confirm if this is allowed”, despite telling us over the phone it was completely fine. Him and the other rep go into the back room. 2min later they come out and Kingsley says “I’m sorry but the car has just been sold”. There is now another women sitting at Kingsley’s sales desk signing the paperwork to buy the car. She hadn’t done a testdrive, and walked in before ours was done. Kingsley, knowing that we’ve invested 3 hours to come at the look car, did not give us the priority to buy the car, and took the next person who walked in during the appointment he scheduled for us. Complete lack of honesty and business ethics at this dealership. I’ve already told this story to all of my family and friends in Ottawa. We’ve turned it into a joke - the jingle “Nobody Deals Like Dilawry” is truly accurate, NOBODY deals like Dilawry. Stay as far away as you can, and read all of these poor reviews.
