Our experience here was not great unfortunately. The car itself is wonderful though, no complaints there. The beginning of the buying process was not bad. Once we decided to buy the car though, this is when the experience went south. One of the folks working there kept pushing for extended warranty, rust proofing and other packages they offer and when we turned these down we were treated very coldly - no smiles, no politeness, nothing like that - we were basically dismissed. It was obvious this person was annoyed we would not buy the extras. The car was ready and I came to pick it up and that part was good, but the mats were missing. I was told I would receive a call when they are ready. Two months later, and 3 unanswered voice mails later, still no mats. I walked in and got the mats, no sorry, no nothing. I would not recommend this dealership - go to a different Kia dealer if you want a Kia.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle here, working with Michael Kingsley has been a pleasure. Very competitive pricing compared to other Ottawa dealers, especially when it comes to not included non-negotiable dealer up charges that don't bring much value but bring up the cost. Have taken my vehicle here for maintenance since 2020 and recommend the shop as well.
