Bought my 2025 Passport Trailsport here, and the experience was very smooth and pleasant. I just had my first maintenance, and again it was a great experience. The maintenance minder indicated I needed my tires rotated in addition to the oil change, but they measured the tread depth and determined all four tires had the same amount of tread and didn't need rotating yet, saving me a decent amount of money on the bill. I really appreciated their honesty on that!

Brought my Honda Civic in today for an extended warranty coverage they’re doing on the AC (supposed to cover the SC condenser and AC gasket cap). Had my appointment delayed initially (2 months) because their “AC machine is broken” lol. From the very start when I brought my car into the service shop I was told by the service associate “since you tried refilling the frion on your own if we find any damage caused from that it won’t be covered under warranty” even though I had it charged at a shop by a licensed technician, immediately showing they’re already looking for ways to not cover the issue. When I had my car checked prior at a shop they even told me there was a leak in the AC condenser and it will need replacing, even before I got it checked at Honda! After Honda looked at my car they told me there was “no leaks in the AC condenser which would be causing this problem”. Instead they charged me $220 day of to tell me there is nothing covered and then quoted me $3300 to get my AC fixed. This isn’t the first time I’ve found Honda finding any way possible to charge their customer instead of trying to help solve the problem and make the customer happy. My car is 2019 with the AC not working 3 years into having the vehicle. I highly recommend not getting your Honda checked out at Crown Honda and advise you to go some place where you trust the team. I won’t be returning to Crown Honda or at this point any Honda for future services. Very dissatisfied/ disappointed.

The store atmosphere is nice and the staff is welcoming. As soon as I walked into the store, someone welcomed me and Freddie Zhang helped me with the purchase process. He is very professional and he made me drive my vehicle home after three hours. Such a great experience.
